I will be teaching a Love Your Brain Yoga class which will incorporate gentle mindful movement, breathing exercises and meditation as part of an event to inspire learning on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), the benefits of yoga for TBI sufferers, High Performance Neurofeedback (HPN) and QEEG brain scans and much more!
