This half-day Self Love Retreat is an opportunity for going inward and nourishing your radiance from the inside-out. We will share in yoga, community and practices for cultivating more love for our whole selves. In addition to an all-levels gentle yoga class we will explore guided journaling, breath work, Yoga Nidra (a relaxation and visualization practice), and meditation. Leave with full hearts and the tools to inspire the creation of your own self-care routines!
Afternoon snacks will be provided. We are happy to accommodate gluten free, vegan and paleo diets - if you require other accommodations please let us know at least one week before the event.
Cost: Early Bird Savings available until Mar 2, at $110 per person. $125 per person afterwards. We are unable to provide refunds for this experience but should something come up you can always send someone else in your place!
