It would be silly to ask if you experience stress…. we all do! While stress is an inevitable part of life - we can choose how we meet our stress. This fun, experiential and informative workshop will dive deep into the topic of stress with the goal of empowering you to redefine your relationship with stress.
This workshop is for you if:
You feel like you spend more time in states of stress than those in states of ease or joy
You feel like there is never enough time to do the things that light you up
Your feelings of stress drive most of your actions and decisions
Your stress is affecting your digestion, mood, or sleep
You feel emotionally, mentally, physically or spiritually drained and depleted
You feel like your stress is stopping you from being your most vibrant self
This workshop will help you learn to identify when stress is helpful (because it can be!) and when it isn’t. You’ll learn how to shift your relationship with stress and how this can positively affect your body and your brain! We will explore simple tools and techniques that can help you change how you meet the stresses that come and go in your life. We might (dare I say it!) even learn to cultivate an appreciation for the role stress, in small healthy doses, can play in our lives.
Come ready for meditation, breathwork, movement, creative exploration and a whole lot of heart-centered conversations! As we explore the ways stress affects your body and energy cycles, you'll develop an action plan with personalized practices that will help you shift your experiences of stress. You'll leave with the tools to cultivate more ease, balance and joy in your life.
