Our breath is an incredible resource within us. We can use our breath to effect our physical and emotional states to promote greater wellbeing. In this workshop we will chat about the power of the breath while exploring healing techniques. Breathing techniques will focus on everything from stress, to insomnia, to the oh-so-common afternoon energy crash.
